Your EHR data is there. Your reporting is the problem.
Healthcare organizations collect more patient data than ever. Most cannot quickly tell how providers are performing, which facilities are underperforming, or whether appointment no-show rates are trending up or down. Swope Health could, after Armely built the dashboards to surface it.
Does this describe your analytics?
- Reports take days to pull and are outdated before anyone reads them
- No consistent way to compare provider productivity across locations
- Administrative staff performance is invisible in your data
- You know COVID changed your operations, but cannot quantify how
- Appointment no-show and cancellation trends are tracked manually, if at all
- Leadership makes decisions from periodic static reports, not live data
What Armely built for Swope Health
Swope Health is a 50-year-old Federally Qualified Health Center serving over 50,000 patients across more than 26 locations. They needed to measure productivity across providers, facilities, and service lines, and compare performance before and after COVID.
Armely built interactive dashboards using Swope Health's existing eCW EHR, SQL Server, BridgeIT, and Tableau licenses. No new software was required.
The dashboards surface provider, facility, and administrative productivity in real time, with UDS data compliance built in.
At a glance
| Before | After |
|---|---|
| Provider performance tracked separately by location with no comparison | Unified dashboard shows provider productivity across all facilities in one view |
| Administrative staff effectiveness was not measured | Administrative productivity surfaced alongside clinical metrics for the first time |
| Pre and post-COVID comparison required manual data pulls | Built-in period comparison with date-range filtering across all metrics |
| Prescription compliance was checked manually or not at all | Appropriate vs. inappropriate prescribing tracked by provider |
| Appointment outcome trends required a custom report each time | No-show, cancellation, and reschedule trends visible in real time |
| Reports were built in isolation, slow, and often stale | Live Tableau dashboards connected directly to the data warehouse |
