A national nonprofit organization runs its donor development operation out of Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT. Every gift that comes in belongs to a specific development staff member, a solicitor, a supervisor, and in some cases a special request team. Before this engagement, someone on the team had to pull gift records manually and distribute updates by hand. Armely built a Power Automate flow that runs every morning at 8 AM, pulls the prior day's gifts from Raiser's Edge NXT, enriches each record with full constituent and fundraiser data, and routes a personalized HTML digest email to each staff member based on their assignment to that donor. The right people see the right gifts every morning without anyone touching a report.
