What Changed
Lambda Legal is one of the nation's leading civil rights organizations focused on litigation, education, and policy work on behalf of LGBTQ+ people and those living with HIV. Their legal intake and engagement operations depend on a Dynamics 365 environment that can match the pace and complexity of their work. Over two engagements spanning 2024 and 2025, Armely rebuilt the foundation of that environment and then extended it: restructuring fragmented data tables, automating case and contact creation from incoming emails using AI Builder, migrating legacy call intake data into proper case and contact records, integrating SharePoint for document management, configuring Exchange synchronization, and building out a purpose-built engagement request management system that tracks multiple law firms against a single matter. The result is a Dynamics 365 environment that reflects how Lambda Legal's legal and operations teams actually work.
